Marina Walensee has 16 double rooms and 8 family rooms. The 20 m² double room includes a flat-screen TV, bathtub, two single beds or one double bed, WC, washbasin, desk, seating area, and room safe. Hair-dryers are available at reception for a deposit. Most double rooms have a shared balcony; guests can use the Marina Hotel roof terrace. The 45 m² superior double room has two floors, a panorama window, two single beds, one foldaway bed, a flat-screen TV, bathtub, WC, washbasin, desk, and seating area. The lower floor has a living room with a flat-screen TV and seating area. Most superior double rooms have a shared balcony. There are 3.5-room apartments with a living room, kitchenette, dining table, flat-screen TV, fireplace, balcony, two double rooms (one with an additional TV), a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. The 4.5-room apartment has two floors, a living room, kitchenette, dining table, flat-screen TV, fireplace, balcony, three double rooms (one with an additional TV), and two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. The 5.5-room family apartment has a living room, flat-screen TV, balcony with a lake view, four double rooms, two bathrooms, a separate WC, and a storage room. The 7.5-room Marina apartment penthouse has a living room, flat-screen TV, a 50 m² balcony with a lake view, six double rooms, two bathrooms, two separate WCs, and a storage room. All apartments have a kitchenette with an oven and coffee machine (pads only). Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for shared use in the outbuilding. Pets are allowed upon request.

The Marina Restaurant holds 3 Crowns of the Guild of Established Swiss Restaurateurs. The menu includes regional dishes made with fresh ingredients, such as fish from Lake Walen and meat/vegetables from local farmers and Alpine regions. There is a pizza maker. The restaurant offers local and European wines. The Marina Restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with a regular menu from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, pizza until 10:00 pm, and a limited menu from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Each day a breakfast buffet offers fresh, local produce: butter, cheese, yoghurt, bread, jams, meat, egg dishes, and orange juice. The Marina lakeside garden features an outdoor lounge.

The Marino Kids Club in the main building features games and activities for hotel and restaurant guests. It has a ball pit, climbing frame, slides, painting, music, stories, and children's books. The club is not supervised. Guests can explore bouldering routes at the Boulderei Flums. Events include culinary and musical experiences. The Tamina Therme Bad Ragaz offers thermal water and saunas. Marina Walensee is in the Heidiland holiday region, right on Lake Walen. The aerial cable car to the Flumserberg resort area is a two-minute walk. The ferry pier is a five-minute walk. The valley station of the SeeJet 8-seater gondola lift to Flumserberg is a two-minute walk. Marina Walensee is 0.5 km from Unterterzen and 85 km from Kloten. By car, take the Murg motorway exit from Zurich or the Flums motorway exit from Chur/Sargans. By train, travel to Unterterzen or take the bus from Walenstadt station. By ferry, travel from Weesen, Betlis, Mühlehorn, Quinten, Au, Murg, Mols, or Walenstadt. Marina Walensee has a private port with 31 berths and two visitor berths. Zurich Airport is a 60-minute journey.

The property provides event services, including a multifunctional hall for up to 120 people. It is suited for meetings, seminars, workshops, and team events. There are two function rooms for meetings, with one accommodating up to 20 people and the other up to 50.
